Спілка підприємців та роботодавців Польщі (ZPP) у співпраці з польським банком розвитку – Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) – здійснює збір інвестиційних проєктів у рамках програми Європейського Союзу Ukraine Facility. BGK є єдиною польською установою, акредитованою Європейською Комісією для участі у конкурсі на отримання коштів для банківських гарантій у другому компоненті Ukraine Facility – «Ukraine Investment Framework».

Передбачається, що після отримання коштів і підписання Угоди з Європейською Комісією BGK запропонує підприємцям два основні механізми фінансування:

1. Пряме фінансування BGK у вигляді кредитів, деномінованих в євро. Йдеться про довгострокові проєкти з попередньою оціночною вартістю 7-10 млн євро, максимальна вартість яких ще не визначена;

2. Опосередковане фінансування проєктів малих і середніх підприємств через українські банки, з якими BGK веде переговори щодо надання гарантій для залучення інвестицій.

Українські компанії, які бажають скористатися фінансовою підтримкою, можуть подавати свої проєкти, зазначаючи назву, сектор, термін початку проєкту, етапи реалізації, опис регіону, ініціаторів, обсяг (діапазон) інвестицій, прогнозований період фінансування. Це дозволить BGK зосередитися на важливих для відновлення України напрямах і галузях промисловості.

The Union of Entrepreneurs and Employers of Poland (ZPP), in collaboration with the Polish development bank – Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) – is collecting investment projects as part of the European Union’s Ukraine Facility program. BGK is the only Polish institution accredited by the European Commission to participate in the competition for funds for bank guarantees in the second component of the Ukraine Facility – the “Ukraine Investment Framework.”

It is expected that after receiving the funds and signing an agreement with the European Commission, BGK will offer entrepreneurs two main financing mechanisms:

1. Direct financing from BGK in the form of loans denominated in euros. This concerns long-term projects with a preliminary estimated value of 7-10 million euros, the maximum value of which has not yet been determined;

2. Indirect financing of projects of small and medium-sized enterprises through Ukrainian banks with which BGK is negotiating to provide guarantees to attract investment.

Ukrainian companies wishing to take advantage of financial support can submit their projects, indicating the name, sector, project start date, implementation stages, description of the region, initiators, the volume (range) of investments, and the projected financing period. This will allow BGK to focus on the directions and industries important for the reconstruction of Ukraine.
