🛍 «Пліч-о-пліч. Всеукраїнські шкільні ліги»: у Нововолинську відбулися змагання зі спортивного орієнтування

21 лютого у Нововолинську на базі ліцею №5 відбувся міський етап змагань «Пліч-о-пліч. Всеукраїнські шкільні ліги» зі спортивного орієнтування. У змаганнях взяли участь 105 учнів 5–6, 7–8 та 9 класів із ліцеїв №2, №4, №5, №6, №7 та №9 Нововолинської громади.

Під час урочистого відкриття учасників привітав начальник управління освіти Олег Янюк.

Юні спортсмени мали точно визначити маршрут і знайти контрольні пункти. Вони демонстрували навички орієнтування на місцевості, вміння читати карти та швидко виконувати завдання.

🔹 В категорії серед юнаків перемогла 🥇команда ліцею №9. 🥈Друге місце посіла команда ліцею №4, 🥉третє – ліцей №5.

🔹 В категорії серед дівчат 🥇перше місце здобула команда ліцею №5. 🥈Друге місце ліцей №9, 🥉третє – ліцей №2.

🏆 Переможці міського етапу зі спортивного орієнтування поїдуть на районний етап змагань.

Sports orienteering competitions took place in Novovolynsk

On February 21, the city stage of the “Shoulder to Shoulder. All-Ukrainian School Leagues” competition in sports orienteering took place in Novovolynsk on the basis of Lyceum No. 5. 105 students of grades 5–6, 7–8 and 9 from Lyceums No. 2, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7 and No. 9 of the Novovolynsk community took part in the competitions.

During the solemn opening, the participants were greeted by the head of the education department, Oleg Yanyuk.

Young athletes had to accurately determine the route and find control points. They demonstrated orienteering skills in the area, the ability to read maps and quickly complete tasks. The competition was fierce and the children were very active.

The results of the competition are as follows:

🔹 In the boys’ category, 🥇the team of Lyceum No. 9 won. 🥈The second place was taken by the team of Lyceum No. 4, 🥉the third – Lyceum No. 5.

🔹 In the girls’ category, 🥇the first place was won by the team of Lyceum No. 5. 🥈Second place Lyceum No. 9, 🥉third – Lyceum No. 2.

🏆 The winners of the city stage in sports orienteering will go to the regional stage of the competition. These competitions are an important event for the young generation and demonstrate their physical, mental, and teamwork skills.

This event promotes the development of sports and healthy lifestyle among schoolchildren.
