Celebrating the Day of the Native Language in Ukraine
🇺🇦👄📖Today, the global community celebrates the Day of the Native Language. Language is one of the most important building blocks in the foundation of every nation, the creator of culture, the key to studying history, traditions, and customs. The Ukrainian language holds a special place in our hearts.
🤝🎼🎤🎹🎨On the eve of the Day of the Native Language, February 20, the artistic event “Ukraine – Holy Mother of Heroes” took place at the Bila Tserkva School of Arts No. 1 named after Yuriy Pavlenko – in cooperation with the Schools of Arts of the Bakhmut and Pavlograd communities, whose students and teachers once again prove that art is stronger than war, and the Ukrainian language, combined with music, becomes even more beautiful. This event beautifully showcased the power of Ukrainian culture.
🫶💙💛Let’s respect and cherish our native language. Let’s learn it and improve it – through daily communication – at home and at work, in civilian life and in service. It is for us, like a mother, – unique, dearest, and most charming! The Ukrainian language is a symbol of our identity and strength.
The Ukrainian language is not just a means of communication; it embodies our history, culture, and the spirit of the Ukrainian people. Its preservation and development are essential for the survival and prosperity of our nation. On this special day, we celebrate the beauty and resilience of the Ukrainian language, acknowledging its role in shaping our identity and uniting us as a people. The language reflects the soul of a nation. By preserving and promoting our native language, we safeguard our cultural heritage and ensure its continuity for future generations. Let’s embrace the richness and diversity of our language, celebrating its unique features and historical significance.
