🇺🇦 On February 19th, the I (district) stage of the All-Ukrainian children’s and youth military-patriotic game “Sokil” (“Dzhura”) among the senior age group “Young Cossacks” took place on the basis of the Klishkivtsi secondary school named after Leonid Kadenyuk.

👆 The All-Ukrainian children’s and youth military-patriotic game “Dzhura” is dedicated to the memory of the Heroes of the Dnistrovsky district who fell defending the freedom and independence of the Ukrainian people and is held to educate the young generation of Ukrainians in dedication to the Motherland and the Ukrainian people, readiness to defend their native land, to be physically developed and spiritually rich.

🤝 The opening of the I stage of the military-patriotic game was attended by the head of the Chernivtsi OVA, Ruslan Zaparanyuk. The head of the Chernivtsi region congratulated all participants and wished them a good game and to demonstrate all their skills at the highest level. Also invited to the welcoming speech were the deputy head of the Chernivtsi OVA, Roman GREBA, the head of the Dnistrovsky RVA, Vitaliy Yakubenko, and the Klishkivtsi village head, Viktor DRON.

📌 The event was attended by the director of the Chernivtsi Regional Center for National Patriotic Education, Boris BAGLEY, the deputy head of the Dnistrovsky RVA, Vitaliy POPOV, and the head of the Chernivtsi Regional Department (branch) of the Committee on Physical Education and Sports of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Korneliy ZHUKOTINSKY.

💪 This year, 11 teams from 8 communities of the Dnistrovsky district took part in the competition.

By type of competition, the first place was taken by:

🥇 team “Edelweiss” (Rukshynska community);
🔹 Throwing F1 grenade:
🥇 team “Edelweiss” (Rukshynska community);
🔸 Shooting from pneumatic weapons:
🥇 team “Free! Unconquered!” (Klishkivtsi community);
🔹 Disassembly and assembly of AK:
– Winners among boys:
🥇 team “Free! Unconquered!” (Klishkivtsi community);
– Winners among girls:
🥇 team “Khotyn Cossacks” (Khotyn community);
🔸 Equipping the magazine with AK ammunition:
– Winners among boys:
🥇 team “Edelweiss” (Rukshynska community)
– Winners among girls:
🥇 team “Edelweiss” (Rukshynska community)
🔹 Jumping rope:
🥇 team “Dnistrovsky Cossacks” (Klishkivtsi community).

👆 Each competition required from the participants not only courage, intellect, but also discipline and coordination of the actions of the members of the “team”.

According to the results of the competition, the overall team leaders were the teams:

🥈 “Free” (Klishkivtsi community);
🥉 “Khotyn Cossacks” (Khotyn community).
