Sad news has reached us from the neighboring Novobasan territorial community: Hero Kobyzskyi Viktor Serhiiovych, a native of the village of Nova Basan, has died while defending Ukraine.

He gave his life while performing a combat mission in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, demonstrating unwavering courage and dedication to his homeland and the Ukrainian people.

🙏We express our sincere condolences to the family, relatives, friends, comrades-in-arms of the deceased Defender of Ukraine, and all residents of the Novobasan United Territorial Community. We mourn with you.
