Перше засідання оновленого складу РНБО України. Починаємо з аспектів внутрішньої безпеки – безпеки економічної. Абсолютно конкретне завдання: направити більше внутрішніх сил в Україні на розвиток, на зростання економіки, а отже, зростання виробництва, зростання робочих місць, які можуть підтримувати нашу оборону та стійкість України. Маємо відчутно масштабувати інвестиції в Україну та реалізацію наших спільних із партнерами проєктів. Зокрема, це стосується локалізації виробництв в Україні.

Рішенням РНБО запроваджено реальний мораторій на перевірки бізнесу державними органами й загалом на будь-яке втручання державних структур у підприємницьку діяльність. Мораторій дає необхідну основу для повного впровадження необхідних рішень заради економічної безпеки та аналізу відповідної практики.

Усе те, що має підтримати зараз український бізнес і співпрацю партнерів з Україною, має бути швидко й обовʼязково реалізоване. Нам потрібні відчутні економічні результати вже за наступні шість місяців.

The first meeting of the renewed composition of Ukraine’s National Security and Defense Council began with a focus on aspects of internal security – namely, economic security. A very concrete task is to channel more of Ukraine’s internal efforts toward development and economic growth, and consequently, increased production and job creation that can support our defense and Ukraine’s resilience. We must significantly scale up investment in Ukraine and the implementation of joint projects with our partners, particularly the localization of production in Ukraine.

By the decision of the NSDC, a real moratorium has been introduced on business inspections by state authorities and, in general, on any interference by government bodies in entrepreneurial activity. The moratorium provides the necessary foundation for fully implementing essential decisions for economic security and analyzing relevant practices.

Everything intended to support Ukrainian business and Ukraine’s cooperation with partners must be implemented swiftly and without exception. We need tangible economic results within the next six months.
