Назва, яка повністю передає дух фінальної зустрічі лідерів громад, які живуть «на межі».

Цей захід став підсумковим у рамках спеціальної ініціативи U-LEAD – ФОРПОСТИ, яка об’єднала команди прифронтових громад, створивши майданчик взаємної підтримки і довіри – коли громади вчаться не лише у експертів, а й одна в одної.

Впродовж 3 місяців учасники навчалися, ділилися досвідом і шукали рішення, які працюють навіть під тиском війни.

✅ Як кожне умовне «вперше» прифронтових громад перетворилося на унікальний досвід, який може стати у нагоді іншим?
✅ Чому говорити з мешканцями у кризових ситуаціях треба вчасно і відверто?
✅ Чому співпраця з тиловими громадами та міжнародними партнерами має виходити із руху у двосторонньому напрямі?
✅ Які рішення й проєкти реалізовані сьогодні для забезпечення стійкості і сили завтра?

Про це і багато іншого говорили в теплому колі посадовців місцевого самоврядування з регіонів, які знаходяться на лінії вогню.

«Було корисно почути конкретні ідеї, подивитися на вдалі практики, проаналізувати їх і узагальнити. Це була жива розмова і справжній обмін досвідом.» – говорить один з учасників спецініціативи, Сергій Деденко, Семенівський міський голова з Чернігівщини.

✨ Stories and Solutions from Frontline Municipalities

A title that fully captured the spirit of the final meeting of municipal leaders living “on the edge.”

The event marked the conclusion of the U-LEAD special Initiative – FORPOSTS, which brought together teams from frontline municipalities and created a space of mutual support and trust — where municipalities learn not only from experts, but also from one another.

Over the course of three months, participants learned, shared experiences, and searched for solutions that work even under the pressure of war.

✅ How did every so-called “first” for frontline municipalities turn into a unique experience that can be useful for others?
✅ Why is it crucial to talk to residents in times of crisis — and to do it early and honestly?
✅ Why should cooperation with rear-area municipalities and international partners be a two-way process?
✅ Which decisions and projects implemented today help build resilience and strength for tomorrow?

These and many other issues were discussed in a warm, close-knit setting among local self-government officials from regions located on the frontline.

“It was useful to hear concrete ideas, look at successful practices, analyse them, and draw broader conclusions. It was a lively discussion and a genuine exchange of experience,” says one of the initiative’s participants, Serhii Dedenko, Mayor of Semenivka, Chernihiv region.
