Нарада з Премʼєр-міністром України Юлією Свириденко й міністром соціальної політики Денисом Улютіним.

Доручив уряду сформувати та представити пакет програм допомоги нашим людям цієї зими – «Зимову підтримку». До пакету входитиме пряма фінансова допомога, як минулого року. Також будуть окремі асигнування для вразливих соціальних груп.

Окремо доручив пропрацювати спеціальну програму транспортної підтримки для всіх українців – «УЗ-3000». Кожен зможе обрати собі залізничні маршрути на 3 тисячі кілометрів у межах України безкоштовно. Підтримаємо сферу пасажирських перевезень і людей, які нею користуються.

Розширюємо й медичні програми, зокрема проєкт чекапів, який готує МОЗ і завдяки якому дорослі люди зможуть приділити більше уваги своєму здоровʼю. Плануємо запуск у січні.

І обовʼязково збережемо на зиму фіксовану ціну на газ та на електрику для побутових споживачів. Жодних підвищень.

До 15 листопада Премʼєр-міністр представить усі деталі пакету.

Meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko and Minister of Social Policy Denys Uliutin.

I instructed the Government to develop and present a package of programs to support our people this winter – the Winter Support. The package will include direct financial assistance, as provided last year, and separate allocations for the most vulnerable social groups.

In addition, I have instructed preparations of a special transport support program for all Ukrainians: UZ-3000. Each person will be able to select rail routes totaling 3,000 kilometers within Ukraine free of charge. We will support the passenger transport sector and the people who use it.

We are also expanding medical programs, including the check-up project being prepared by the Ministry of Health, which will enable adults to pay more attention to their health. Its launch is planned for January.

And we will definitely maintain fixed prices for gas and electricity for household consumers this winter. There will be no increases.

By November 15, the Prime Minister will present all the details of the package.
