Обговорили з Михайлом Федоровим формат роботи Міністерства оборони України. Головний принцип – технологічність нашої оборони повинна зберігати життя наших воїнів. Росія в цій війні має одну значну перевагу, а саме можливість тиснути масштабом ударів, масштабом штурмів на Україну. Ми маємо та мусимо відповідати більш активним застосуванням технологій, більш швидким розвитком нових видів зброї, новою тактикою.

Від початку цієї війни Мінцифра була і залишається активним джерелом інновацій для сфери оборони України. Це стосується і розвитку ринку виробників зброї, застосування дронів, сучасного звʼязку.

Звісно, Україна абсолютно віддана дипломатії і прагне закінчити якнайшвидше цю війну. Але Росія не демонструє аналогічного підходу та затягує агресію. Будемо протидіяти цьому завдяки більшій технологічності й трансформації сфери оборони.

Обговорили формати змін, які Михайло Федоров готується впровадити на посаді міністра оборони України. За тиждень Михайло представить проєкти рішень, які потрібні. Розраховую, що в парламенті підтримають таке посилення.

Сьогодні Михайло доповів про те, як уже реалізуються різні напрями модернізації сфери оборони України. Технологічні рішення вже працюють. Зокрема, за грудень 2025 року верифіковано та підтверджено на відео вже 35 тисяч знищених окупантів, за листопад було 30 тисяч підтверджених уражень, за жовтень було 26 тисяч уражень. Очевидно, що технології працюють ефективно. Чітко збільшується постачання дронів у війська. Готуємо наші нові особливі формати посилення дронової складової нашого захисту. Слава Україні!

We discussed with Mykhailo Fedorov the way the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine operates. The core principle is that the technological capacity of our defense must save the lives of our warriors. Russia has one significant advantage in this war – the ability to apply pressure through the scale of its strikes and assaults against Ukraine. We must respond with more active use of technology, faster development of new types of weapons, and new tactics.

Since the beginning of this war, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has been – and remains – an active source of innovation for Ukraine’s defense sector. This includes the development of the weapons manufacturers’ market, the use of drones, and modern communications.

Of course, Ukraine is fully committed to diplomacy and seeks to end this war as soon as possible. But Russia is not demonstrating a similar approach and prolongs its aggression. We will counter this through greater technological capacity and the transformation of the defense sector.

We discussed the formats of changes that Mykhailo Fedorov is preparing to implement in his role as Minister of Defense of Ukraine. In a week, Mykhailo will present the necessary draft decisions. I expect the Parliament to support this strengthening.

Today, Mykhailo reported on how various tracks of modernization of Ukraine’s defense sector are already being implemented. Technological solutions are already delivering results. In particular, in December 2025, 35,000 eliminated occupiers have already been verified and confirmed with video footage; in November there were 30,000 confirmed hits; in October, 26,000 hits. It is clear that technology is working effectively. Drone deliveries to the troops are steadily increasing. We are preparing new, special formats to strengthen the drone component of our defense.
