Провів нараду з урядовцями.

Вже почалися перші виплати за програмою зимової підтримки – і для тих наших людей, хто оформив заявки в Дії, і для тих, хто скористався мережею Укрпошти. Кількість заявок збільшується у високому темпі, саме це було передбачено, і достатні кошти на повний обсяг програми в уряду є. Важливо, що українці можуть оформити заявку на зимову підтримку за час до Різдва, а використати кошти – до червня. Будуть виконані й усі інші наші програми підтримки, і повне забезпечення соціальних видатків держави – це один із пріоритетів для уряду.

Обговорили з Прем’єр-міністеркою України Юлією Свириденко підбір кадрів на вакантні посади міністрів в уряді – міністра енергетики та міністра юстиції. Домовилися, що Прем’єр-міністерка разом із депутатами фракції більшості узгодить кандидатури на посади міністрів. Саме так це обговорювалося на зустрічі з фракцією, що відбулася минулого тижня.

Були сьогодні доповіді й щодо відновлювальних робіт в енергосистемі після російських ударів. Дякую всім залученим ремонтним бригадам, фахівцям енергетичних компаній, комунальним службам і ДСНС України. Уряд України готує і нормативні рішення, щоб, зокрема, здешевити природний газ для потреб когенераційних установок і щоб провести дерегуляцію процедур щодо встановлення таких установок – мінімум процедур для людей і українського бізнесу. Також уряд України має забезпечити термінове завершення всіх конкурсних процедур для будівництва нових генеруючих потужностей. Збільшуємо резерв обладнання. Доручив продовжувати відповідну роботу з партнерами заради достатньої підтримки нашого відновлення.

I held a meeting with government officials.

The first payments under the Winter Support program have already begun – both for those of our people who submitted applications through Diia and for those who used the Ukrposhta network. The number of applications is growing rapidly, exactly as expected, and the Government has sufficient funds to fully cover the program. It is important that Ukrainians can apply for Winter Support up until Christmas, and use the funds until June. All our other support programs will also be fulfilled, and the full provision of the state’s social expenditures remains one of the Government’s priorities.

I discussed with Ukraine’s Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko the selection of candidates for the vacant ministerial positions in the Government – the Minister of Energy and the Minister of Justice. We agreed that the Prime Minister, together with MPs from the majority faction, will agree on the candidates for these ministerial posts. This is exactly how it was discussed at the meeting with the faction that took place last week.

There were also reports today on restoration work in the energy system following Russia’s strikes. I thank all the repair crews involved, the specialists of the energy companies, municipal services, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. The Government of Ukraine is preparing regulatory decisions, including those aimed at reducing the cost of natural gas for cogeneration facilities and deregulating the procedures for installing such facilities – minimizing procedures for people and for Ukrainian businesses. The Government of Ukraine must also ensure the urgent completion of all competitive procedures for the construction of new generating capacities. We are increasing our equipment reserve. I instructed that the relevant work with partners continue to secure sufficient support for our recovery.
