❗️Всеукраїнська асоціація громад підтримує відтермінування впровадження комплексних планів просторового розвитку громад

З такою позицією ми неодноразово звертались до
Комітет держвлади, місцсамоврядування, регрозвитку та містобудування

💪І сьогодні комітет на своєму засіданні підтримав це рішення.

Зокрема, йдеться про законопроєкт №12283 щодо продовження термінів дії документів з планування територій.

Нагадаю, що, за законом, до 1 січня 2025 року кожна громада повинна була створити власний комплексний план просторового розвитку.

👉Це важливе та необхідне рішення для розвитку територій. Проте наша Асоціація хотіла б звернути увагу на те, що наразі у громад немає достатньо ресурсів для виконання цієї норми.

👉Також треба враховувати той факт, що програми USAID фінансували розробку комплексних планів просторового розвитку але на сьогодні вони припинили це фінансування.

Тому, аби уникнути різних колізій, вважаємо за доречне відтермінувати впровадження планів.

The All-Ukrainian Association of Communities (AUC) supports the postponement of the implementation of comprehensive spatial development plans for communities.

With this position, we have repeatedly appealed to the Committee on State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning.

💪 And today, the committee supported this decision at its meeting.

In particular, the issue concerns bill No. 12283 regarding the extension of the validity of documents on land planning.

I remind that, according to the law, by January 1, 2025, each community had to create its own comprehensive spatial development plan.

👉This is an important and necessary decision for the development of territories. However, our Association would like to draw attention to the fact that communities currently do not have sufficient resources to fulfill this norm.

👉 It is also necessary to take into account the fact that USAID programs financed the development of comprehensive spatial development plans, but today they have stopped this financing.

Therefore, in order to avoid various collisions, we consider it appropriate to postpone the implementation of the plans.
