Dubov’yazivka Village Council: 58th Session Review
🔷️58th Session of the 8th Convocation of Dubov’yazivka Village Council Deputies
On February 21st, the 58th session of the 8th convocation of the Dubov’yazivka Village Council deputies concluded its work, chaired by Dubov’yazivka Village Council head Leonid Bilyk.
According to the agenda, the standing committees began their activities first, considering and discussing each of the draft decisions at a joint meeting.
During the work, the deputies heard a series of summary reports from deputies, heads of departments, structural divisions, and institutions about their work for 2024, in particular, from the director of the Communal Institution “Center for the Provision of Social Services of the Dubov’yazivka Village Council” Alla Yarova, the head of the finance and economic development department of the executive committee of the village council Svitlana Ivanenko, the director of the Communal Non-commercial Enterprise “Dubov’yazivka Ambulatory of General Practice-Family Medicine” Anatoliy Manyak, deputy of the village council Lyudmila Bezruk about the work in the electoral district and the report of the “Servant of the People” faction about the work of the deputies for the past year.
Also, the deputies unanimously voted for an appeal in support of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Thus, they expressed their position on the international situation that is currently developing around our state.
A number of important changes to the Charters of educational institutions of the Dubov’yazivka Village Council, programs of socio-economic development of the community, social protection of the population, culture, education, improvement, medicine, the structure of the executive bodies of the village council and the Communal Institution “Center for the Provision of Social Services of the Dubov’yazivka Village Council” were approved.
The Charter of the Dubov’yazivka territorial community was approved and a number of decisions on the free transfer of property and material values to communal ownership were supported.
Another number of issues traditionally concerned the approval of land management documentation.
