Delegation from Morshyn City Council Visits Schwalmstadt: Fostering Intermunicipal Partnership. The delegation of the Morshyn City Council visited the German city of Schwalmstadt to strengthen intermunicipal partnerships and expand cooperation. Morshyn Mayor Ruslan Ilnytskyi met with Schwalmstadt’s Mayor Tobias Kreuter, thanking him for the support of Ukraine and the fire truck provided last year. Representatives of the Morshyn City Council also participated in a meeting of the Schwalmstadt Magistrate, where Ruslan Ilnytskyi left an entry in the city’s Golden Book. During the negotiations, the parties outlined priority areas for cooperation and agreed on organizing a trip for children of combatants to Germany. In addition to this, the delegation visited the municipal fire brigade, getting acquainted with its work, technical equipment, and training of rescuers. The delegation also included Deputy Mayor Volodymyr Levkovych and Secretary of the Council Mykola Voievoda. This meeting was an important step towards strengthening the partnership between our communities. Joint projects, mutual support, and friendly relations open up new opportunities for development, and we believe that this cooperation will bring many good changes. Together – to new achievements!
