In the face of wartime challenges, Ukrainian businesses – particularly those led by women – are demonstrating incredible resilience. Garage48, the Estonian Association of Business and Professional Women (EENA), and the Ukrainian public organization “Other Woman” have combined their more than 14 years of experience in supporting the activities of women entrepreneurs, start-up communities, and the development of leadership potential. They invite business founders in Ukraine to implement digital technologies and bring their businesses to international markets.

The Public Organization, together with Garage48 and the Estonian Association of Business and Professional Women (EENA), are launching the recruitment for the 2nd wave of the Estonian-Ukrainian Program, which aims to support Ukrainian women in business who are starting their journey towards digitalization and export. The program provides essential support to women entrepreneurs, fostering growth and expansion.

Women entrepreneurs from all over Ukraine, who have their own business and strive to digitalize their activities and scale their business to an international level, are invited to participate. Speaking English is preferred.
The program includes:
– improving digitalization skills;
– advanced practices and experience of mentors from the start-up and innovative technology sectors;
– development of innovative business models;
– access to international markets with the support of experts;
– a community of entrepreneurs for professional and friendly communication;
– methodology of group coaching for individual personal development.

The top 15 participants of the Program will be able to use financial support in the amount of up to 2000 euros (including taxes) for the digitalization of their business or the improvement of professional skills for export expansion. The program specifically focuses on helping Ukrainian women in business grow and expand through the integration of digital technologies and access to international markets.
