Vlasna Sprava Grant: Iryna Vinnichenko’s Socially Responsible Business
Ірина Вінніченко, a recipient of the “Vlasna Sprava” grant program, is currently establishing an entrepreneurial venture in the city of Novoukrainka within the realm of public catering. This initiative is more than just a business; it represents a commitment to social responsibility and the creation of legal employment opportunities, including for internally displaced persons.
The entrepreneur is actively building a socially responsible business. It is not only developing a family business but also taking care of legal employment, including internally displaced persons. She has been working closely with the Novoukrainka branch of the regional employment center. The entrepreneur has been provided with compensation for the employer’s expenses for the employment of internally displaced persons and compensation for the employment of registered unemployed persons.
The “Sushi-Mama” establishment is headed by the mother of the grant recipient, Tkachova Olena Viktorivna, who initially inspired her daughter to launch her own business. Irina has recruited kitchen staff with the assistance of her mother and has also created a dedicated position for an administrator.
This is not the first interaction between Irina and the employment service. Initially, specialists offered training in financial literacy through courses organized by the employment service. The second encounter involved preparing and defending a business plan to participate in the “Vlasna Sprava” grant program. The third time, the employment service served as a reliable partner in selecting the necessary employees to realize the grant recipient’s business idea.
According to Irina, the specialists consistently provide comprehensive information about the entire range of services. This has led to constructive advancements aimed at developing and supporting any initiatives. The grant program has helped her to create jobs and develop her business in a sustainable and socially responsible manner.
