🔰 Сьогодні відбулося пленарне засідання шістдесят п’ятої (позачергової) сесії восьмого скликання Зіньківської міської ради.

🕯️ Перед початком роботи присутні вшанували світлу пам’ять всіх загиблих у російсько-українській війні хвилиною мовчання.

✅ Внесли зміни до ряду програм, що діють на території громади:

📎 соціально-економічного розвитку Зіньківської міської територіальної громади на 2025 рік;

📎 «Територіальна оборона Зіньківської територіальної громади та підтримки Збройних сил України, Національної гвардії України та інших військових формувань на 2025-2027 роки»;

📎профілактики правопорушень та боротьби зі злочинністю на території Зіньківської міської ради на 2025-2027 роки;

📎підтримки соціально-вразливих верств населення «Турбота» Зіньківської міської ради на 2025-2027 роки;

📎Захисників і Захисниць України «Назустріч ветерану» Зіньківської міської ради на 2025-2027 роки.

✅ Внесли зміни до Положення про порядок надання одноразової матеріальної допомоги жителям громади та до показників бюджету Зіньківської громади на 2025 рік.

✅ Затвердили порядок проведення заходів із соціального відновлення ветеранів та членів їх сімей зарахунок коштів бюджету громади та передавальний акт комунальної установи «Зіньківський центр соціальних послуг».

✅ Розглянули ряд організаційних, майнових і земельних питань.

📖 Пленарному засіданню передували спільні засідання постійних комісій міської ради, на яких детально обговорили та опрацювали кожне питання порядку денного.

The session began with a moment of silence to honor the memory of those who perished in the Russo-Ukrainian war. This gathering reflects the ongoing commitment of the local government to address the needs of the community and the broader context of national events.

A number of significant changes were made to programs currently active within the community, demonstrating a proactive approach to governance and local development. These adjustments included:

• Social and Economic Development of the Zinkiv Territorial Community for 2025: This update likely focuses on economic growth, infrastructure improvements, and community welfare projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life for residents.
• Territorial Defense of the Zinkiv Territorial Community and Support for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the National Guard of Ukraine, and other military formations for 2025-2027: This involves allocating resources for defense, ensuring community safety, and supporting the armed forces, reflecting the current security situation.
• Prevention of Offenses and Combating Crime in the territory of the Zinkiv City Council for 2025-2027: The focus here is on maintaining law and order, enhancing public safety measures, and addressing crime-related issues within the community.
• Support for Socially Vulnerable Population “Care” of the Zinkiv City Council for 2025-2027: This ensures assistance and resources are available for those in need, emphasizing the council’s commitment to social welfare.

Additionally, changes were approved regarding the provision of one-time material assistance to residents and adjustments to the Zinkiv community budget for 2025, highlighting the council’s fiscal responsibility and responsiveness to community needs. Furthermore, a protocol was established for social rehabilitation activities for veterans and their families, funded by the community budget, along with the transfer act of the municipal institution “Zinkiv Center for Social Services.”

The session also addressed various organizational, property, and land-related issues, demonstrating a comprehensive approach to governance. Prior to the plenary session, joint meetings of the standing committees of the city council took place.
