On February 24th, a meeting took place in Rakhiv with the families of those who died, were captured, or are missing in action. The meeting was attended by the acting mayor, the secretary of the council and the executive committee Yevhen MOLNAR, the head of the district military administration Vladislav KYCH, and the first deputy mayor Ivan MOLDAVCHUK.

The families present raised pressing questions and received substantive answers. This demonstrates the local government’s commitment to supporting those affected by the ongoing conflict. The meeting highlights the local administration’s dedication to providing assistance and support during these difficult times, offering a crucial platform for families to voice their concerns and receive direct responses.

A pleasant surprise for the children of the defenders of the Rakhiv community were cash gifts from the marble quarry “TRYBUSHANY”. This joint initiative of the heads of the district and the community, along with one of the largest enterprises located in the village of Dilove, Rakhiv territorial community, is a manifestation of attention and confirmation that families are not left alone. The initiative underscores the community’s efforts to offer financial support and acknowledge the sacrifices made by the soldiers and their families.

The Rakhiv City Council expresses its gratitude to Volodymyr TOMASHUK and Aleksandr LIONO for their selfless, friendly, and sincere assistance to the children of the deceased, prisoners of war, and missing servicemen. This gesture of appreciation reflects the broader spirit of community support and mutual aid.
