🇮🇹🇺🇦ТРОСТЯНЕЦЬ УКРІПЛЮЄ МІЖНАРОДНІ ЗВ’ЯЗКИ: НА ФОРУМІ «УКРАЇНА-ІТАЛІЯ» УКЛАДЕНО УГОДУ ПРО СПІВПРАЦЮ З ІТАЛІЙСЬКИЙ МІСТОМ СІЛЬВІ

Цими днями Тростянецький міський голова Юрій Бова у складі української делегації бере участь у міжнародному Форумі місцевого самоврядування «Україна-Італія». Ця подія стала важливою платформою для зміцнення партнерських відносин між українськими та італійськими громадами. Захід об’єднав представників урядів, місцевого самоврядування, бізнесу, громадянського суспільства та міжнародних організацій задля обміну досвідом, взаємної підтримки та планування довгострокових спільних ініціатив.

У рамках форуму особливу увагу приділили питанням децентралізації, післявоєнній відбудові України, залученню інвестицій, розвитку культури, освіти, екотуризму та сталого розвитку. Учасники заходу підкреслили, що саме громади є рушійною силою у процесах відновлення країни, формуванні стійких партнерств і просуванні європейських цінностей.

✍️Першим і надважливим результатом форуму для нашої громади стало підписання 10 липня 2025 року у Римі Меморандуму про співпрацю між Тростянецькою громадою та італійським містом Сільві. Мери двох міст — Юрій Бова та Андреа Скорделла — офіційно задекларували наміри щодо налагодження дружніх і стратегічних відносин між громадами.

🤝Співпраця у межах цієї угоди буде охоплювати низку важливих напрямків:

🔹 Післявоєнна відбудова України — реалізація спільних проєктів з відновлення інфраструктури, підтримки підприємництва, розвитку місцевої економіки та зміцнення демократії на рівні громад.

🔹 Сталий розвиток та екотуризм — впровадження спільних екологічних ініціатив, охорона довкілля, розвиток зеленого туризму із залученням досвіду європейських муніципалітетів.

🔹 Культурний та освітній обмін: організація програм у галузі мистецтва, історії, спадщини та освіти, які сприятимуть поглибленню взаєморозуміння між українським італійським народами.

🔹 Участь у європейських програмах підтримки: співпраця у межах ключових європейських грантових ініціатив, зокрема:

▪️Erasmus+ — обміни в освітній та професійній сферах;

▪️Horizon Europe — підтримка наукових і технологічних інновацій;

▪️Creative Europe — фінансування культурних проєктів;

▪️CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values) — просування громадянських прав, демократії та європейських принципів.

🔹 Робочий план і прозора координація: сторони погодили створення конкретного робочого плану з чіткими етапами, термінами та зонами відповідальності. Це дозволить ефективно координувати зусилля і досягати відчутних результатів.

Юрій Бова, коментуючи значення цієї угоди, зазначив:

💬«Співпраця з містом Сільві – не просто дружній жест, це конкретні можливості для спільної реалізації проєктів, які допоможуть Тростянецькій та подібним громадам швидше відновлюватися, розвивати туризм, культуру й екологічну політику. Ми відкриті до світу і маємо чітке бачення європейського майбутнього».

Форум «Україна-Італія» став не просто майданчиком для обговорення! Він відкрив нову сторінку міжнародної співпраці для Тростянецької громади та підтвердив європейське прагнення українських міст до сталого розвитку, миру й прогресу!

🇮🇹🇺🇦TROSTYANETS STRENGTHENS INTERNATIONAL TIES: COOPERATION AGREEMENT WITH THE ITALIAN CITY OF SILVI SIGNED AT THE UKRAINE-ITALY FORUM

These days, Yuriy Bova, Mayor of Trostyanets, as part of the Ukrainian delegation, is taking part in the Ukraine-Italy International Local Government Forum. This event has become an important platform for strengthening partnerships between Ukrainian and Italian communities. The event brought together representatives of governments, local self-government, business, civil society and international organizations to share experiences, mutual support and plan long-term joint initiatives.

The forum focused on decentralization, post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, investment attraction, cultural development, education, ecotourism and sustainable development. The participants of the event emphasized that communities are the driving force behind the country’s recovery, building sustainable partnerships and promoting European values.

✍️One of the first outcomes of the forum for our community was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Trostianets community and the Italian city of Silvi on July 10, 2025, in Rome. The mayors of the two cities, Yuriy Bova and Andrea Scordella, officially declared their intentions to establish friendly and strategic relations between the communities.

🤝Cooperation under this agreement will cover a number of important areas:

🔹 Post-war reconstruction of Ukraine – implementation of joint projects to restore infrastructure, support entrepreneurship, develop the local economy, and strengthen democracy at the community level.

🔹 Sustainable development and ecotourism – implementation of joint environmental initiatives, environmental protection, development of green tourism using the experience of European municipalities.

🔹 Cultural and educational exchange: organization of programs in the field of art, history, heritage and education that will contribute to the deepening of mutual understanding between the Ukrainian and Italian peoples.

🔹 Participation in European support programs: cooperation within the framework of key European grant initiatives, in particular:

▪️Erasmus+ – exchanges in the educational and professional fields;

▪️Horizon Europe – support for scientific and technological innovations;

▪️Creative Europe – funding for cultural projects;

▪️CERV (Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values) – promotion of civil rights, democracy and European principles.

🔹 Work plan and transparent coordination: the parties agreed to create a specific work plan with clear milestones, deadlines and areas of responsibility. This will allow to effectively coordinate efforts and achieve tangible results.

Commenting on the significance of this agreement, Yuriy Bova said:

💬”Cooperation with the city of Sylvie is not just a friendly gesture, it is a concrete opportunity to jointly implement projects that will help Trostianets and similar communities recover faster, develop tourism, culture and environmental policy. We are open to the world and have a clear vision of the European future.”

The Ukraine-Italy Forum has become more than just a platform for discussion! It opened a new page of international cooperation for the Trostianets community and confirmed the European aspiration of Ukrainian cities for sustainable development, peace and progress!
