Сьогодні починаємо швидку синхронізацію санкцій. Кожне необхідне рішення партнерів щодо санкцій проти Росії та повʼязаних із нею осіб має бути виконано в Україні. І наші українські санкції – проти тих, хто обрав Росію та війну, проти тих, хто допомагає агресії, – мають бути підтверджені в інших юрисдикціях.

Ця війна повинна ставати для Росії все більшою і більшою проблемою. Кожен російський удар по наших містах і громадах повинен ставати приводом для нових санкційних ударів у відповідь. Цими тижнями в мене були хороші зустрічі у Європі та на саміті «Групи семи» в Канаді з партнерами, і багато говорилося в тому числі про санкції. Партнери готові підтримувати. Я дякую за це. І очікую від усіх наших державних інституцій, починаючи з Міністерства закордонних справ, Служби безпеки України, Національного банку, Ради національної безпеки і оборони, більш швидкої роботи та результатів, які будуть синхронізовані з партнерами.

Є чітке завдання, чіткі терміни. І абсолютно чітко можна перевірити результат. Маємо значно збільшити санкційний тиск. Дякую всім, хто допомагає!

Today, we are launching an expedited sanctions synchronization. Every necessary decision by our partners regarding sanctions against Russia and affiliated individuals must be implemented in Ukraine. And our Ukrainian sanctions – against those who have chosen Russia and war, against those aiding the aggression – must also be confirmed in other jurisdictions.

This war must become an ever-growing problem for Russia. Every Russian strike on our cities and communities must trigger new sanctions in response. I’ve had productive meetings in Europe and at the G7 Summit in Canada with our partners, and sanctions were among the key topics of discussion. Our partners are ready to support us. I’m grateful for that. And I expect all our state institutions – starting with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Security Service of Ukraine, the National Bank, and the National Security and Defense Council – to work more swiftly and deliver results in sync with those of our partners.
