🇺🇦 Формулювання цілей проєкту, плануванування заходів та визначення показників його результативності – це більш ніж важливі навички для проєктних команд. Саме їх відпрацьовували пілотні громади проєкту “Відновлення для всіх” (RFA) протягом другого модуля навчання з основ проєктного менеджменту.

Команди з Шабівської, Великодимерської, Мозолевської, Близнюківської, Холминської та Олександрівської громад відмічають, що отримані знання допоможуть їм не лише спланувати якісні проєкти з відновлення, а й залучати фінансування на їх реалізацію.

👉🏻 Ключова мета цього навчання – підвищити спроможність громад до планування проєктів та організації ефективної роботи проєктних офісів. Адже проєктний офіс – це центр управління проєктною діяльністю громади: саме він координує розробку та реалізації проєктів відповідно до пріоритетів Стратегії розвитку та актуальних потреб мешканців.

💭 “Сьогодні нам вже не потрібно переконувати громади у необхідності проєктного офісу – вони самі добре розуміють його важливість. Інша справа зробити так, аби він працював ефективно та якісно. От саме для того, щоб громади отримали знання та навички, які допоможуть організувати якісну проєктну діяльність, ми й організували це навчання”, – наголошує Олена Яцьківська, експертка із залучення ресурсів проєкту “Відновлення для всіх” (RFA).

🇨🇦 Defining project goals, planning activities, and identifying performance indicators are more than just important skills — they’re essential for any successful project team. These were exactly the competencies that the pilot municipalities of the “Recovery for All” (RFA) project worked on during the second module of their Project Management for Municipal Project Teams Training.

Teams from Shabivska, Velykodymerska, Mozolevska, Blyzniukivska, Kholminska, and Oleksandrivska municipalities noted that the knowledge they gained will help them not only plan high-quality recovery projects, but also attract funding for their implementation.

👉🏻 The main goal of this training is to strengthen the municipalities’ capacity to plan and manage projects effectively, as well as to organize the work of their project management offices. After all, a project office serves as the coordination hub for a municipality’s project activities — ensuring that all initiatives are developed and implemented in line with the municipality’s Development Strategy and the real needs of its residents.

💭 “Today, municipalities no longer need to be convinced of the importance of having a project management office — they already understand its value. What really matters now is making sure it works effectively and delivers results. This training helps municipalities gain the knowledge and practical skills they need to organize project work properly,” — emphasized Olena Yatskivska, Resource Mobilization Expert for the Recovery for All (RFA) project.
