Провів спеціальний селектор. Доповіді щодо ситуації в регіонах, де найскладніше з точки зору енергетики. Передусім це Київ та Київщина, Харків та область, Чернігівщина, Сумщина, Дніпровщина, Запоріжжя.

Найбільше уваги й часу в обговоренні приділено Києву. Надзвичайно складні обставини: більш ніж 1200 багатоквартирних будинків у місті досі без опалення. Обговорили з місцевими керівниками й урядовцями, як можна допомогти найбільш оперативно. Поки що всі строки, про які говорилося, не можна вважати задовільними – треба діяти швидше.

Ідеться про значну кількість людей, які потребують негайної підтримки, і це стосується Дарниці та інших районів на лівому березі столиці. Визначено порядок кроків, і очікую сьогодні ж ввечері доповіді щодо термінів можливої реалізації.

Доручив перевірити всі звіти щодо готовності соціальної інфраструктури, шкіл, пунктів підтримки в Києві для реальної роботи заради людей. Міністр внутрішніх справ України доповів щодо забезпечення пунктів обігріву, гарячого харчування, мобільного звʼязку.

Доручив Премʼєр-міністру України разом з міністром фінансів проаналізувати можливості, зокрема, Києва закупити терміново все те, що зараз реально необхідно для альтернативної генерації електрики та теплопостачання. Міністр енергетики України на постійному звʼязку з партнерами і разом з місцевими керівниками має визначити перелік додаткової підтримки для України та можливості її отримати найближчими днями й тижнями.

Доручив командувачу Повітряних сил ЗСУ разом з міністром оборони України визначити додаткові опції захисту для Харкова.

Дякую всім, хто залучений зараз до відновлювальних робіт, працює в ремонтних бригадах, на обʼєктах енергетики. Фаховість наших енергетиків, ДСНС України, багатьох ремонтних бригад безпрецедентна. Важливо, щоб усі керівники обласного та місцевого рівня працювали так само фахово. Слава Україні!

I held a special coordination call and received briefings on the situation in the regions where the energy situation is the toughest. First and foremost, this concerns Kyiv and the Kyiv region, Kharkiv and its region, Chernihiv, Sumy, Dnipro, and Zaporizhzhia regions.

Kyiv took up the greatest share of attention and discussion time. The situation there is extremely challenging: more than 1,200 apartment buildings in the city are still without heating. Together with local authorities and government officials, we discussed how to help as swiftly as possible. For now, the timelines that have been mentioned cannot be considered satisfactory — we must act faster.

This concerns a significant number of people who need immediate support, particularly in Darnytsia and other districts on the left bank of the capital. A sequence of steps has been defined, and I am expecting updates later this evening on the timelines for possible implementation.

I instructed a review of all reports on the readiness of Kyiv’s social infrastructure, schools, and assistance points to ensure they function effectively for the people. The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine reported on the provision of warming points, hot meals, and mobile communications.

I instructed the Prime Minister of Ukraine, together with the Minister of Finance, to analyze the possibility, including for Kyiv, of urgently procuring everything that is genuinely needed right now for alternative electricity generation and heat supply. The Minister of Energy of Ukraine is in constant contact with our partners and, together with local authorities, must determine the list of additional support for Ukraine and the possibilities for receiving it in the coming days and weeks.

I also instructed the Commander of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, together with the Minister of Defense, to identify additional air defense options for Kharkiv.

I thank everyone currently involved in recovery efforts, those working in repair crews and at energy facilities. The professionalism of our energy workers, the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, and many repair crews is truly unprecedented. It is essential that all regional and local authorities work with the same level of professionalism. Glory to Ukraine!
