🤝 Завершився навчальний візит до Рівненської області — фінальний етап програми «Організація надання соціальних послуг для родин з дітьми у територіальній громаді».

Протягом півтора місяця понад 70 представників місцевого самоврядування з усієї України вчилися будувати систему, де в центрі — людина та її потреби.

📍 Рівненщина надихнула практичними рішеннями:

👉 Дядьковицька громада створила систему паліативної допомоги та денного догляду для дітей з інвалідністю завдяки поєднанню місцевого бюджету й коштів НСЗУ.
👉 Корецька громада залучила 23 млн грн через партнерство з донорами та ГО.
👉 Сарненська громада вибудувала ефективну міжвідомчу співпрацю — від інклюзивного центру до центру «ЖИТТЯ».
Руслан Сивий, керівник Рівненського офісу «U-LEAD з Європою» у Рівненській області, підкреслив, що сфера соцзахисту — це фундамент стабільності громад, особливо під час війни.

💡Для учасниці візиту Анни Савицької з Брусилівської громади (Житомирщина) ця поїздка стала можливістю підготуватися до впровадження нової послуги — короткотермінового проживання для сімей з дітьми, що не мають постійного місця проживання, але отримують соціальні послуги або перебувають під соціальним супроводом.

Живий обмін досвідом допомагає громадам вчитися на успіхах та помилках одне одного!

🤝 The study visit to Rivne region has come to an end — marking the final stage of the programme “Organisation of Social Services Provision for Families with Children at the Territorial Municipality Level.”

Over the course of six weeks, more than 70 local government representatives from across Ukraine worked on building systems that put people and their needs at the centre.

📍 Rivne region offered inspiring, practical solutions:

👉 The Dyadkovychi municipality developed a palliative care and day-care system for children with disabilities by combining local budget resources with funding from the National Health Service of Ukraine.
👉 The Korets municipality attracted UAH 23 million through partnerships with donors and civil society organisations.
👉 The Sarny municipality established effective interagency cooperation — from an inclusive resource centre to the “ZHYTTIA” centre.

Ruslan Syvyi, Head of the Rivne Regional Office of U-LEAD with Europe, emphasised that the social protection sector is a cornerstone of municipal resilience, especially in times of war.

💡 For Anna Savytska from the Brusyliv municipality (Zhytomyr region), the visit provided an opportunity to prepare for launching a new service — short-term accommodation for families with children who do not have permanent housing but receive social services or are under social support.

Peer-to-peer exchange like this helps municipalities learn from each other’s successes — and challenges.
