Цієї ночі Київ був під масованим російським ударом. Росія випустила 68 ракет і ще 351 ударний дрон. Зараз триває ліквідація наслідків. Пошкодження зафіксовані більш ніж на 10 локаціях міста, зокрема в житлових будинках. На місцях працюють усі необхідні служби, які роблять максимум, щоб урятувати людей і надати допомогу кожному, хто її потребує. Станом на зараз вдалося врятувати 64 людини, серед них дві дитини. Станом на зараз відомо, що, на жаль, через цю атаку загинули 11 людей. Мої співчуття рідним і близьким. Ще близько 60 людей поранено.

Наші воїни показали сьогодні хороші результати у збитті дронів та крилатих ракет, але, на жаль, не по російській балістиці. І причина – саме у недостатніх постачаннях ракет-перехоплювачів. Дуже важливо щоб світ, передусім Америка й наші європейські партнери, вийшли із саміту НАТО в Анкарі із сильними рішеннями на підтримку нашого захисту неба, а отже, захисту життів звичайних людей. Поки ракети до «петріотів» залишаються на складах союзників, це тільки заохочує Росію далі «перемагати» житлові будинки. У США та Європи є достатньо сили цей терор зупинити.

Last night, Kyiv came under a massive Russian attack. Russia launched 68 missiles and 351 attack drones. Response efforts are still underway. Damage has been recorded at more than 10 locations across the city, including residential buildings. All necessary services are on the ground, doing everything possible to rescue people and provide assistance to everyone who needs it. So far, 64 people have been rescued, including two children. As of now, it has been confirmed that, tragically, eleven people were killed in this attack. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Around 60 more people were injured.

It is critically important that the world – first and foremost the United States and our European partners – come out of the NATO Summit in Ankara with strong decisions in support of our air defense, and thus the protection of ordinary people’s lives. As long as Patriot missiles remain in our allies’ stockpiles, Russia is only encouraged to keep “vanquishing” residential buildings. The United States and Europe have enough strength to stop this terror.
