Говорили про головне – безпеку на всіх ядерних об’єктах в Україні. Будь-які ідеї Росії про перезапуск ЗАЕС без України – це абсурдно й небезпечно. Саме тому МАГАТЕ має бути на станції – без штучних перешкод у роботі чи для ротації персоналу. Дякую експертам, які працюють там і показують світу реальну ситуацію.

Обговорили під час зустрічі й розвиток нашої енергетики: добудову Хмельницької АЕС, розвиток видобутку урану, відновлення пошкодженого саркофага на ЧАЕС. Дякую Рафаелю Гроссі за підтримку та готовність допомагати. Зокрема обговорили питання безпеки ядерних об’єктів України.

I met with IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi. This is already his 12th visit to Ukraine since the full-scale war began.

We focused on the most important issue — security at all nuclear facilities in Ukraine. Any ideas from Russia about restarting the Zaporizhzhia NPP without Ukraine are absurd and dangerous. That is why the IAEA must be at the plant without artificial obstacles to their work or staff rotation. I thank the experts working there who are showing the real situation to the world.

We also discussed the development of our energy sector: finishing the construction of the Khmelnytskyi NPP, expanding uranium extraction, and repairing the damaged sarcophagus at the Chornobyl NPP. I thank Rafael Grossi for his support and willingness to help.
