Нам зараз потрібно створити коаліцію для відновлення. Хай саме цей момент стане її початком. Зараз у нас є реальна можливість запустити нову хвилю прогресу. Нам потрібен підхід у стилі Плану Маршалла, і ми маємо розробити його разом. Ми повинні чітко погодитися, що заморожені російські активи мають бути спрямовані на відновлення України. Необхідно використовувати й самі активи, а не лише доходи від них, причому набагато активніше, ніж зараз, для порятунку життів людей. Нам також потрібна чітка система відбудови – спеціальний фонд відновлення та фінансування на різних рівнях: для державного бюджету України та місцевих громад.

На тлі посилення атак з боку Росії в нас не має бути дефіциту фінансування для виробництва дронів. Ми маємо досягти рівня, щоб українську галузь ППО та безпілотників підтримували понад 30 країн і сотні компаній не лише з України, а й із Європи, Сполучених Штатів та інших країн.
