Сьогодні в Ужгороді провели зустріч із Президентом Євроради Антоніу Коштою. Вчора ми разом були в Парижі, на зустрічі коаліції охочих, також разом говорили з Президентом Трампом – з іншими лідерами Європи. Відчувається, що зараз є шанс підштовхнути ситуацію заради більшої безпеки та більших наших спільних результатів – України та всієї Європи.

І сьогоднішні наші перемовини були присвячені найголовнішому зараз – це участь України у європейських програмах, зокрема в програмі SAFE, наш рух до членства у Євросоюзі, санкційна політика, підтримка нашої стійкості, наших людей і передусім наших дітей.

Як і Антоніу, впевнений, що одного разу зустрінемось тут, на Закарпатті, не на кордоні Україна – ЄС, а саме в нашому Європейському Союзі. Дякую за продуктивну розмову й за всю допомогу. Україна цінує солідарність із нашим народом і незмінну підтримку.

Today in Uzhhorod, I held a meeting with President of the European Council António Costa. Yesterday, we were together in Paris – at the meeting of the Coalition of the Willing, and also together in talks with President Trump and other European leaders. It is evident that now there is a chance to move the situation toward greater security and greater shared results – for Ukraine and for Europe as a whole.

And today’s negotiations were devoted to what is most important now – Ukraine’s participation in European initiatives, in particular the SAFE initiative, our progress toward EU membership, sanctions policy, and support for our resilience, our people, and above all, our children.

Like António, I am confident that one day we will meet here in Zakarpattia not at the Ukraine–EU border, but within our European Union. I thank you for the productive conversation and for all the assistance. Ukraine values solidarity with our people and the unwavering support.
