Представники українських громад долучилися до інтенсивної п’ятиденної програми, щоб посилити свої навички у сфері проєктної діяльності. Цей тренінг — про системний підхід до роботи з проєктами. Не лише про ідеї, а про повний цикл — від задуму до результату і сталості. 🎯

Протягом навчання учасники працювали над ключовими питаннями:

💡 Як формуються якісні проєктні ідеї і що робить їх життєздатними?
🧩 Як вибудувати логіку проєкту: від мети і завдань до очікуваних результатів?
👥 Яку роль відіграє команда громади та її керівництво на кожному етапі?
📅 Як ефективно планувати, управляти ресурсами, ризиками та змінами?
📈 Чому моніторинг, оцінка та звітність — це не формальність, а основа результату?
🌱 Як забезпечити сталість проєкту після завершення фінансування?

Окремий фокус — на проєкті як інструменті розвитку міжнародного співробітництва. Адже саме через спільні проєкти формуються партнерства, що відкривають громадам нові можливості. ✨

Попереду не менш важливий етап: учасники працюватимуть із європейськими партнерами TIPS4UA над підготовкою міжнародних стажувань 🇪🇺
А далі — самі стажування у європейських муніципалітетах, де головне — практичне навчання та обмін досвідом. 🏙️📚
І як підсумок участі в TIPS4UA — розроблені проєкти, що стають реальними інструментами розвитку громад. 🛠️

Учасниками TIPS4UA цього року стали 38 українських громад та 27 європейських партнерів із країн ЄС. Новинкою програми є включення учасників 5 команд регіонального рівня з України та ЄС!

💼📊 On 20–24 April, the first in-person training of the #TIPS4UA learning phase took place in Kyiv.

Representatives of Ukrainian municipalities joined an intensive five-day programme to strengthen their project management skills. This training focused on a systematic approach to working with projects — not just generating ideas, but managing the full cycle from concept to results and sustainability. 🎯

Throughout the programme, participants explored key questions:

💡 How are strong project ideas developed, and what makes them viable?
🧩 How to build a clear project logic — from objectives and tasks to expected results?
👥 What role do the municipal team and leadership play at each stage?
📅 How to effectively plan and manage resources, risks, and changes?
📈 Why are monitoring, evaluation, and reporting not just formalities, but essential to achieving results?
🌱 How to ensure a project’s sustainability after funding ends?

A special focus was placed on projects as a tool for developing international cooperation. After all, it is through joint projects that partnerships are built, opening up new opportunities for municipalities. ✨

The next phase is just as important: participants will work with European TIPS4UA partners to prepare international study visits 🇪🇺
This will be followed by the visits themselves to European municipalities, where the emphasis will be on hands-on learning and exchange of experience. 🏙️📚
And ultimately, participation in TIPS4UA will result in developed projects that become practical tools for local development. 🛠️

This year, TIPS4UA brings together 38 Ukrainian municipalities and 27 European partners from EU countries. A new feature of the programme is the inclusion of five regional-level teams from both Ukraine and the EU.
